This checks the federal RCRA generator standards and the OSHA flammable liquids standard. Your state program, your local fire code, and your insurer may all be stricter, and authorized states frequently are. NFPA 30 covers similar ground with its own limits and is not reproduced here because it is a copyrighted standard; where OSHA has adopted equivalent requirements into 29 CFR 1910.106 those are what this tool uses. Nothing here is a waste determination or a substitute for your local fire marshal.
